Create A Room-by-Room

A Room-by-Room is an automated presentation book that organizes your design selections by Room and Space. Each room in the item schedule becomes its own page, complete with selection thumbnails and optional text fields for added item details.

Create a Room-by-Room

  1. In the Books tab, select Create new book.

  2. Choose Room-by-Room and select Next.

  3. Select the divisions you would like included in the book and select Next.

  4. Name your book. If you want a custom cover, choose one from the Cover dropdown.

  5. Choose what you want to include:

    • Page Layouts: Options to choose the overall theme as well as the preferred layout for the cover, about, and closing pages, or to opt out of including any of these pages.

    • Layout Settings: Customize the desired layout for the item pages.

    • Index: Option to include or exclude an index page.

    • Item Information: Customize what information fields are shown.

    • Allowance: Customize which pricing fields are shown.

  6. Select Create.

Export and Share

Once the book is created:

  1. Click the Create PDF button in the upper right-hand corner. The book will also appear in the list of books from within the books tab. From there, users can select the vertical ellipsis to export to PDF.

  2. When the PDF finishes processing, it will appear in your Documents tab, where you can download it or generate a link or QR code.
