Create an Item Schedule Book

An Item Schedule Book compiles the selections from your project schedule into a single document. You can choose exactly which divisions and schedule views to include, allowing you to produce a targeted schedule for stakeholders, procurement teams, or internal review.

Create an Item Schedule Book

  1. In the Books tab, select Create new book.

  2. Choose Item Schedule Book and select Next.

  3. Select the Divisions you want included in the schedule and continue.

Choose What to Include

You can include any combination of the following schedule views and details:

  • Index Page

    A list of all pages in the book.

  • Room Schedule

    Selections organized by Room, Space, and Location.

  • Item ID Schedule

    Selections organized by Division.

You can also uncheck any item attributes you do not want to share.

For example, if SKU or Manufacturer should not appear, deselect them in each schedule view you include.

Name your book and choose a cover page if needed. Select Create when finished.

Export and Share

After the book is created:

  1. It will appear in your Books list. Open the options menu and select Create PDF.

  2. Once processed, the PDF will appear in the Documents tab, where you can download it or generate a link or QR code.
