In efficiently, managing pages in your Design Book is quick and intuitive. Use the steps below to add new pages, apply layouts, or reorganize your presentation.
Add a Page
There are two ways to add a new page:
Option 1: Hover between any two existing pages and select +.
Option 2: Select New page at the top of your screen.
Add a Layout to a Page
After adding a blank page, apply a layout:
Open the page and select Add a page layout to this page icon in the top toolbar.
Choose a layout from the fly-in and select Add Layout to Page.
Move a Page
Navigate to the book layout view.
Drag a page by the six-dot handle in the top-left corner, or open the page menu (vertical ellipsis) and select Move page.
Duplicate a Page
From the Pages view
From the Pages view, select the vertical ellipsis at the top right of any page of the book layout.
Select Duplicate.
From Inside a page Canvas
From Inside a page Canvas, select the page duplicate icon on the top right.
Rename a Page
In the Pages view, select the vertical ellipsis in the upper right corner of the page you wish to rename.
Select Rename.
