When working from the Books tab, keep the item schedule visible on the left to build pages and update selections in real time without switching tabs.
How It Works
Open the Books tab and select a Design Book.
The left panel will show two schedule views:
Rooms
Item IDs
Use Rooms to browse by Room, Space, and Space.
The search bar helps you quickly find a specific room or space.
Expand any Space to reveal the Item IDs listed underneath.
Switch to Item IDs to see all Item IDs organized by Division.
You can filter by Division using the drop-down.
You can drag and drop these directly onto the canvas. You can also click into the item to edit details or add comments.
Tip: The Item Schedule is fully functional inside the Book. You can update Item IDs, add items, change selections, or assign locations while designing your pages.
