Grant Support Access

Important:

⚠️design.efficiently support team will never ask for your password. If you receive a phone call or email requesting your password from a source posing as Salesforce, please report it to designsupport@efficiently.com

⚠️DO NOT include your password when logging a case via our email or chat support. If you provide this, please expect the support agent to request that you change your password immediately.

Why would design.efficiently need access to my Organization?

  • design.efficiently support may ask you to Grant Login Access in order to assist you with a question, issue, or request.

  • This allows the support team to log in to your account to troubleshoot and fix issues stemming from your inquiry.

  • No one within design.efficiently support may log in to your account to resolve issues without this explicit permission.

Who can grant login access?

Any User or Admin in your organization can grant login access to the support team from their own account.

If a User grants access, the support team can only view the User-level experience. If an Admin grants access, the support team can view the full organization account.

For support related to themes or organization settings, an Admin must grant login access.
