Organization Images and Logos can be uploaded or accessed via the Images & Logos tab of the Admin Console.
Image Folders
To ensure organization, there are 2 folders available in the Images tab of the Admin Console.
Organization images: Images in this folder can be accessed across all projects.
Organization logos: Logos in this folder can be accessed across all projects.
Note: When you first open the Images tab, you will be defaulted to All Images. Uploading from All Images will automatically drop those Images into the Project images folder.
Uploading Images
Uploading and edit images and logos in one place.
Navigate to the Images tab, click the desired folder from the menu on the left, and then upload an Image by clicking the Add Image button.
Once the image has been added, click the vertical ellipsis at the bottom right hand corner of the image to Rename, Edit, Download, or Delete the image. A couple key features inside the Edit function allow you to:
Remove background from the image (simply by toggling the background off).
Add tag(s) for easier searching of that Image.
Once the edits are done, click Save to overwrite the original image, or Save as New to save a copy of the image.
Tagging Images
Tags are a type of label added to an image for easy searching. To add tags to an image, follow the steps below.
Navigate to the Images tab within the Admin Console if adding tags to Organization images.
Select the vertical ellipsis on the bottom right corner of the image you'd like to tag, and click Edit.
At the bottom left, use the Tags search to select an existing tag or type a new one and press Enter to create it, then click Save.
Notes: You can assign multiple tags to an image. All tags appear in the Tags list on the left, where you can search by typing a tag name or clicking a tag to filter images.
