In the above video you learned how to build your schedule while viewing your plans. This is a convenient way of working because you can see all of the rooms/spaces, and all of the areas that may need design selections. I allows you to quickly build out a framework, or 'shopping list'.

That said, keep in mind you can build your schedule from anywhere in the platform.

To build your schedule while creating your design book, check out this article. This is a convenient way to work if you are working on a client presentation and already have a shopping list of selections that need to be chosen, or if you typically begin your process with an exploratory client presentation.

To build your schedule from within the schedules tab, take a moment to review these articles for more information: Adding Rooms, Spaces, and Locations and Adding Item IDs and Items. This is a convenient way to work if you want a full screen view of all of the detail associated with either view of the schedule.

Remember, you can add to or edit your schedule from anywhere in the platform at any point in the project!
