When building a project, you may elect to work entirely from the books tab, where you can add items and view your complete item schedule on the left hand side of the books view.
To view the Item Schedule while working on a Design Book, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to your Books tab and open a design book.
Step 2: You will see both item schedule views on the left hand side - Rooms and Item IDs.
Step 3: The default view will be set to the Item IDs view. To filter your item IDs, select the division from the drop-down.
Step 4: To switch to the rooms view of the item schedule, select the Rooms tab.
Note: Use the search bar to search by room name/#, space, etc.
Step 5: Click any 'space' below the 'room' heading to open up a list of the item IDs associated with that room and space in the item schedule.
Remember, you can also make changes to your item schedule from this view.
