When creating an Installation Book for a contractor or installer, it may be helpful to include technical documentation, installation documents, or even item care.

To add documents to an item in the catalog, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the item via the Catalog tab.

Step 2: Search and select the Item.

Step 3: Select the Edit pencil icon in the upper right.

Step 4: A placeholder for all documentation types will be visible. Choose Upload File to upload your documents. There will be a place to upload the following files:

  • Manufacturer Item

  • Technical

  • Installation

  • Care

  • BIM

  • SDS

  • Warranty

  • Miscellaneous

Step 5: Upload your documents by dragging into the blue folder, or clicking the blue 'upload from your computer' link.

Step 6: Click Save.

Your document will now be visible within the item documentation section of the item details.
