Topics covered: Setting up your first project with the design.efficiently support team.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Our team is here and ready to support you in building out the structure for your first project, so that you are equipped to begin taking advantage of all that the design.efficiently platform has to offer. We recommend this step following training, so that you are best prepared to dive in and begin working on your new project once our team completes set up.

If you would like our team to support you in setting up your first project, we will need the following materials:

  1. Your organization's brand package (at minimum a logo, brand colors, and website link)

  2. Sample room by room or design book/presentation (this will help our graphic artists understand the current structure of your design presentations, so that they can suggest improvements while ensuring all of your basic requirements are met)

  3. A set of plans for one project you want to put into the system (can also be a test/old project - doesn't have to be current if you prefer)

  4. List or schedule of selections with the following details:

    1. Manufacturer (if applicable - if custom, can just state 'custom')

    2. SKU (if applicable - if custom, can just state 'custom')

    3. Item name

    4. Finish/color (if applicable)

    5. Any other pertinent details you want included in the schedule for a given item

Once our team has the above materials, we will provide the following:

  1. A custom branded design book theme.

  2. Completed structure for your first project (this includes the schedule template and a design book template).

  3. A project list of all selections inside your catalog (making them easily accessible now and in the future).

When your theme, project structure, and project list of items is complete, a member of our team will reach out via email.
