Intro

The Item IDs tab provides a status summary of all Items in the current project, as well as a count of all Items selected per Division, and a count of Item IDs that have been created for each Division, that do not yet have an Item associated.

Item IDs summary

The Item IDs summary is shown at the top of this view and contains a total count of all of the Item IDs created for the current project, the total count of how many Items have not been selected for those Item IDs, and the total count of how many Items have been selected for those Item IDs.

Items by division

Items by division lists the Divisions that contain Item IDs in the current project, as well as a count of how many of those Item IDs contain Items and how many do not yet contain Items.

  • ITEM SELECTED column displays the total number of Item IDs that have an Item selected from the Catalog.

  • NO ITEM SELECTED column displays the total number of Item IDs with Items not selected.

Note: The numbers displayed in the columns are clickable.

Item status history

The Item status history section of this view allows you to view a complete history of all Items selected for the current project. Filter by Newest first or Oldest first and view the status for each individual Item, such ITEM SELECTED or ITEM REMOVED. At the far right of each line, you will be able to see a date that the Item was added or removed, and the user that made this change.
