If you are already logged into your design.efficiently account, you can change your password from My Profile which can by found in the drop-down when clicking into your initials in the upper right hand corner.

If you forget your password and are locked out of your design.efficiently account, you can request a password reset by following the steps below.

Step 1: Go to https://login.efficiently.com/login.

Step 2: Click the blue Reset button.

Note: Click the Contact support link or write to designsupport@efficiently.com to raise a query if you have any issues.

Step 3: Enter your registered email, and then click Send reset password email.

Step 4: A link will be sent to your email address. Please click the link inside of the email to reset your password.
