To export a Schedule into a PDF book, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Books tab and click Create new book.

Step 2: Select Installation Book from the dialog box that appears, and click Next.

Step 3: The Installation Book will contain only the Division (see Divisions, Types, & Sub-Types) that you select. Choose your Division and select Next.

Notes:

  • Divisions shown in your list of options will include only those Divisions which have been included in your Schedule. For example, if you have no Appliances in your Schedule, you will not see Appliances as an option.

  • Currently, Installation Books can only be created with one Division at a time, meaning you will have a separate Book for each individual Division.

Step 3: Deselect anything you do not want included in your Installation Book, and click Next.

Step 4: Name your Installation Book when prompted.

Step 5: Your Book will appear in your list of Books, and can be converted to PDF by select the 3 vertical dots at the right of that line item and choosing Create PDF.

Step 6: Once your Book has processed, it will appear in your Documents Tab at the top.

Step 7: Download your Book by selecting the download icon to the right of that line item.
