After creating a presentation in the design.efficiently application, you can share it with your clients, the builder, etc. by exporting to a PDF inside the application. To export and download your Design Book, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Books tab, hover over the Book that you want to export, and click the 3 vertical dots to the far right of that line item. Select Create PDF.

Note: You can also open a Book and click Create PDF on the top right.

Step 2: In the Create PDF file dialog box, enter the PDF file name and then click Create.

To download the PDF of your Book, navigate to the Documents tab and hover over the file. Click the Download icon.

The PDF is downloaded successfully. You can now print or share via email.
