Lists are compilations of easily accessible Items that can be accessed from within any project while you're working.

Lists are organized by the individual User, or the Org. User lists (called 'My Lists') are available only to that User, while Org lists are visible to all Users.

Creating and Editing a List

To create or edit an Item list, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Catalog tab at the top of your screen.

Step 2: Select the lists icon.

Step 3: Choose the pencil icon to edit.

Step 4: Click the + List button to add a new list.

Step 5: To edit an existing list, select the 3 vertical dots to the right of that line item.

Add an Item to a List

To add an Item to a list, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Catalog tab at the top of your screen.

Step 2: Search the Catalog for your Item by first selecting the Division and Type on the left hand side of your screen. Select the Sub-Type if you know it.

Step 3: If your Item has the blue View item options button, select from the available options within the dropdown.

Step 4: Select the 'Add to list' icon to the far right of the line item.

Step 5: Click the + List button.

Step 6: Name your list and click Save. You can create Designer specific lists, Project specific lists, Style specific lists, or anything else you like.

You will see the 'Add to list' icon is colored in, letting you know that the Item is included in one of your lists.

Note:

You can access lists while adding Items to a project, from both the Schedules and the Books view. Simply click to add an Item to your project, and when the Catalog fly-in appears, choose the lists icon to select from your lists.

Add a Specification to a List

Step 1: From within the Catalog, navigate to the Specifications & Options tab.

Step 2: Select the lists icon in the upper right hand corner of your chosen Spec.

Step 3: Check the box on an existing list you would like to add the Spec to, or click the +List button to create a new List for that Spec.

Step 4: Click Save to complete.
