Intro
Plans is where you can upload a PDF of a construction set. Users can measure areas by creating Rooms/Spaces and Item IDs from the left side panel. This article will help you to navigate through the Plans tab.

Rooms
The Rooms tab on the left hand side of the Plans page, allows you to create new Rooms and Spaces for your project Schedule. Some Rooms have multiple Spaces (e.g. a master bathroom may have a shower and water closet in addition to the main bathroom space).
Search Rooms & Spaces allows you to search for any existing Rooms or Spaces.
The blue + button allows you to add Rooms and Spaces.
Click the 3 vertical dots to the right of a Room to Manage or Delete that Room.
Click into a Space to open up a list of Item IDs and Items assigned to that Room & Space.
Hover over a Space and select the square icon at the right, to create a Design Set.
Item IDs
Item IDs includes a list of all Item IDs and corresponding Items that have been added to a project.
To filter Items, select the Division from the drop-down at the top.
Click the blue + button to add an Item ID and Item.
Construction Set
Construction set is where a PDF set of construction documents can be uploaded. Once the uploaded document is processed, you will have the option to auto name the pages.
The All plans drop-down filter can be used to further filter plan pages.
The Search bar allows for searching pages by name.
Enable the Show hidden pages toggle button to view any hidden page.

Click the 3 vertical dots beneath a page name to move the page.
Click into a page to edit.
The Drag icon is used to reorder pages on the screen.
Click the Edit icon to edit the page name, page number, and page type.
Click the Hide icon to hide a page that you do not need.
Select the Rotate icons to rotate plan pages.
Note: Ensure you rotate pages before opening. The rotate option is not available from within a plan page.
Design Set
Any created Design Sets are viewable from the Design Set tab.
Click into a page and hover over any outlined area on the page to select a Design Set and view all related elevations.
