After creating a Theme (see Setting up Themes), you will have the option to create multiple Book Layouts within that Theme. This will expedite Book creation for Users in your org further. To create a Book Layout, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Console and select the Book Themes tab.
Step 2: Select the Theme that you would like to work with for your Book Layout and click the blue Edit theme button.
Step 3: Select the Book Layouts tab from the menu on the left.
Step 4: Any existing Book Layouts for that Theme will be listed on the left. To create a new Book Layout, select the blue '+'.
Step 5: Name your Book and click Create.
Step 6: To begin adding Pages, click the '+' inside of the blank Page, or click the blue Add Page button.
Step 7: Select your Page from the options on the left and click Add Layout to Book.
Step 8: Continue adding Pages until the Book Layout suits your needs. The Book Layout will automatically save and be available to Users when they select the corresponding Theme inside of the Books tab of a Project (see Create a Design Book).
