When building a Design Book, you may elect to work entirely from the Books tab, where you can add Items and view your complete Schedule alongside your Design Book.

To view the Schedule while working on a Book, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to your Books tab and select a Design Book.

Step 2: You will see both Schedule views on the left - Rooms and Item IDs.

Step 3: The default view will be set to Item IDs. To filter your Item IDs, select from the drop-down.

Step 4: To view the Rooms view of the Schedule, select the Rooms tab.

Note: Use the search bar to search in the Rooms view.

Step 5: Click any Space below the Room heading to open up a list of the Item IDs in that Room and Space.
