Current limitations within the platform do not allow flexibility in exporting Schedules; however, you can export a complete PDF of Items and their attributes, broken down by Division (e.g. Furnishings, Lighting, Plumbing, etc.).

More functionality with exporting Schedules is coming to the platform soon.

To create an Installation Book, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Books tab of your project and click the blue Create new book button.

Step 2: Choose Installation Book and click Next.

Step 3: Only those Divisions which are included in your project will be shown. Choose from the available Divisions and click Next.

Note: At this time if you would like to export all Divisions, they will each need to be exported as separate books, one at a time.

Step 4: Select from the available boxes what information you would like to export, and click Next.

Note: In this instance, we've unchecked the technical, installation, and care documents, leaving only links to that additional information in the Book.

Step 5: Name your Book and click Create.

Step 6: Your Installation Book will be generated and appear in your list of Books. Select the 3 vertical dots to the right of the line item and choose Create PDF.

Step 7: Name your PDF and click Create.

Step 8: Navigate to your Documents tab to access your PDF. Click the download document icon to download the PDF.

Note: If you would like to update the Book and re-export, navigate to the Book from your Books tab, select your updates in the panel on the left, and click Update Book. Then follow steps 6-8 above.
