Adding the Rooms & Spaces associated with a project lays the groundwork for the rest of the schedule. For more detail on setting up the Rooms & Spaces schedule, see Adding Rooms, Spaces, and Locations.
Editing Rooms & Spaces
Once your Rooms view has been set up, you will be able to edit as needed later. Rooms, Spaces, and Locations will all have the vertical ellipsis to the far right of the line item, where you can delete the individual Room, Space, or Location.
To make changes to a Room, follow the steps below.
Step 1: From within your Rooms view, select the vertical ellipsis to the far right of the Room name and choose Edit Room.
Step 2: Here you will be able to edit clarification text and space #'s, as well as add or delete spaces. Click Save to complete.
