Adding the Rooms & Spaces associated with a project lays the groundwork for the rest of the Schedule. For more detail on setting up the Rooms & Spaces Schedule, see Adding Rooms, Spaces, and Locations.
Editing Rooms & Spaces
Once your Rooms view has been set up, you will be able to edit as needed later. The Rooms, Spaces, and Locations will all have the 3 vertical dots icon to the far right of the line item, where you can delete the individual Room, Space, or Location.
Additional editing of Rooms and Locations is not possible without deleting and re-adding that Room or Location (the exception is the Room clarification text, which can be edited at any time). You can, however, edit the Spaces associated with a Room.
To edit or add to the Spaces associated with a Room, follow the steps below.
Step 1: From within your Rooms view, select the 3 vertical dots to the far right of the Room name and choose Edit Room.
Step 3: Click the trashcan icon underneath any Space to delete, or the plus icon next to additional spaces listed at the bottom to add a new Space. Click Save.
